Hello! I am a little special girl named Yana. God gave me to my parents four years ago. We live in a picturesque village, where we can enjoy the beautiful scenery with mountains and a great forest. My father works in construction. He has an interesting job because he renovates houses. My mother looks after me and my siblings. I have bad eyesight and sore legs, so I need special attention and care. I love my sisters and my brother, and I always make sure that they are obedient, and I enjoy playing with them, clapping, and singing; it’s a lot of fun. ! I don’t go to school, so my mother is helping me to write this letter, but I dream of going to school and becoming the best student! Dear Sponsor, I am truly grateful that you decided to help us. Yana was born with a severe form of Down Syndrome in which she has crooked legs that don’t support her and is unable to sustain her head. The following has made life difficult for both her and her parents. Thankfully her siblings take great care of her and help her as much as possible. Yana’s condition has been very difficult for her mother as she needs constant attention and can’t be unsupervised at all, so most of the time she is in a stroller or is often being carried. Her parents are members of the local church and acknowledge that their children are a blessing and a gift from God. The financial situation for Yana and her family hasn’t been easy, her father works in construction, and her mother is on maternity leave. As a large family, they receive benefits from the state which is hardly enough to make ends meet. The family of 8, currently lives in a two-room small house. Through the Child Sponsorship Program, Yana and her siblings will be able to have better food, clothes and school supplies, they will also get a better education, and have a brighter future. Your support would be extremely appreciated.
