PURPOSE
Is to provide Christmas presents to hundreds of underprivileged children throughout Ukraine:
Children living near the war zones in Eastern Ukraine
Orphans living in state-run orphanages
Children living in Foster homes
Gypsy children
WHY IS THIS PROJECT IMPORTANT
For most, it will be the only Christmas present these children will receive this year. Secondly, just the thought that someone from the other side of the world cares enough about them to send a gift, will give them immeasurable encouragement and HOPE.
For the local churches who distribute them, these gift boxes are like a “key” that opens the door to connect with children and their families, to develop relationships and share about God’s love for them.

Children can always “grow into” their gifts and are often excited to receive items that they perceive as more grown up. For example, if you choose to pack a box for a boy in the 9-12 year
range look for gift ideas that are most appropriate for a 12 year old boy, including clothes.
