Rehabilitation Farms – Drug & Alcohol
Eastern Europe has some of the highest rates of alcoholism in the world for adults and teenagers. HART partners with local churches who have rehabilitation ministries, which help restore families once torn apart by alcohol and drugs.
These church-operated rehabilitation farms teach men and women new trades and skills while getting them clean, sober, and focused on God.
Most of these farms will do a combination of grain farming, produce gardens, and raising livestock. The sale of these items helps to sustain the ministry.
