Here are specific prayer points that can help guide our prayers for the situation in Ukraine. Please share these with your friends and family:
1. Pray for the physical protection and provision of Ukrainian soldiers, civilians, and especially children caught in harm’s way. Ask God to supernaturally minimize suffering and loss of life. Pray for children witnessing horrors no child should ever see, that God would guard their hearts and minds from lasting trauma.
2. Pray to see God’s glory revealed in the midst of this great struggle. Ask that He continues to be glorified through the Christians in Ukraine who are serving as His hands and feet during this crisis. Pray that many souls come to faith in Christ through their loving and compassionate actions.
3. Pray for the volunteer chaplains ministering to both military personnel and civilians on the front lines. Ask God to provide more opportunities for Ukrainian soldiers to hear the gospel, whether through chaplains or fellow soldiers, and to receive prayer and encouragement in their time of need.

4. Pray that God’s peace strengthens and encourages the thousands of Ukrainian workers and volunteers serving refugees and the poor. May their efforts reflect God’s love and bring hope to those in need.
5. Pray for wounded soldiers returning from war, many with missing limbs and struggling with PTSD. Ask God to provide them with proper medical care and that they encounter His love through local church volunteers ministering to them in hospitals.
6. Pray for the residents of cities and towns facing relentless shelling, who have lost their homes and livelihoods. May God protect, sustain, and restore them.
7. Pray for the countless civilian and military prisoners of war enduring torture and the threat of death. Ask God to sustain them, bring justice, and make His presence known in their darkest moments.
8. Pray especially for families whose husbands or sons are missing, with no knowledge of their status or whereabouts. Ask God to bring comfort, strength, and resolution to each case.

9. Pray that God brings comfort to the families grieving the loss of their loved ones – mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, brothers, and sisters—during this conflict.
10. Pray for God to give justice and peace to all those who have been cruelly and unfairly treated by their fellow man.
11. Ask God to intervene. Pray that He grants wisdom to world leaders, moves in their hearts, and directs their decisions toward ending this war. Pray that they unite in forging a path that ensures a free, independent, secure, and thriving Ukraine.
12. Pray that President Zelensky and Ukraine’s leaders come to know God’s truth and peace, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform their hearts so they may lead the nation with wisdom and pursue the path of peace.
13. Pray that this conflict will continues to create opportunities for the gospel to be shared. Ask God to make His name known throughout Ukraine, Russia, and every European country where refugees have sought refuge.
14. Pray for Ukraine’s rebuilding—that God would grant wisdom, provision, resources, and dedicated people to help the nation rise stronger, more prosperous, more resilient, and more faithful than ever before.
15. Pray for HART and other NGOs striving to ease the suffering of Ukraine’s people. Ask God to strengthen their efforts, enabling them to work tirelessly, effectively, and with lasting impact—bringing glory to the one true God who offers eternal hope and healing.
