Persecution of Christians is common and severe in Central Asia. They face persecution, including death, beatings, jail time, loss of property, jobs and being ostracized by friends and family. Despite this persecution, the underground Christian church in Central Asia is growing.
One of our major areas of focus is to assist young church leaders to receive formal theological education that is not available in their own countries.
