One camp. One child. A lifetime of impact.
In a country where childhood has been interrupted by war, fear, and uncertainty, something extraordinary happens each summer.
Through HART’s Summer Camp programs, thousands of vulnerable children are given a rare and precious gift: a place of safety, joy, and healing. For many, it is the first time in months—or even years—that they can laugh freely, sleep peacefully, and simply be children again.
But these camps are more than a temporary escape. They are places where deep wounds begin to heal. Surrounded by caring leaders and a Christ-centered environment, children who have experienced loss, displacement, and trauma begin to rediscover hope. They are reminded that they are not forgotten—and that they are deeply loved.
The impact doesn’t end when camp is over. Many of these children return home changed—with renewed strength, growing faith, and a vision for their future. Some will eventually become leaders in their churches and communities, helping rebuild a nation from the inside out.
