US Intelligence Suspended – Costing Ukraine Hundreds of Lives and Critical Military Data
The betrayal of Ukraine continues. Last Friday, US President Donald Trump decided to cut off military aid to Ukraine, sever its access to US intelligence, and even suspend commercial satellite imagery for Ukraine’s defenders.
The effect of this sudden military reversal—was immediate and dramatic. Russian air attacks, now enjoying the element of surprise, pounded newly exposed Ukrainian civilian targets, leaving scenes of death and destruction, killing hundreds.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Saturday slammed the deadly Russian overnight strikes on Ukraine by saying: “This is what happens when someone appeases barbarians. More bombs, more aggression, more victims. Another tragic night in Ukraine.”
Ukrainian soldiers say, “We used to wear American flag patches on our body armor as a symbol of the land of freedom. Now, we’ve taken them off.”
As shocking and disheartening as it is to witness this betrayal of Ukraine, it is imperative for all who care deeply about Ukraine and its people to respond faithfully and constructively:
1. Prayer Support. We must rally friends, family, and people in ‘our world’ to pray. PRAY for a just peace and protection for those affected by this war – Ukrainian civilians, soldiers, and leaders.
2. Support HART’s Relief Aid programs and projects, empowering Ukrainian churches and their volunteers to be the hands and feet of Christ. Together, we can reach those in need at this critical moment. (Matthew 25:35-40)

Ukrainian Evangelicals Wait for the End
“When the enemy is strong and even when allies betray, God is still in control.”
“When you live in a war zone, your every moment can be the last one,” said Mikhaluk in Kyiv. “It makes you want to focus on what is important—on sharing the message of hope, the gospel, with as many people as possible.” READ MORE

VIDEO: ‘Restore Life’ Rehabilitation Center
Tetiana describes the Mission of this Christian Rehab Clinic and her connection to HART
Greetings, dear HART Mission!
My name is Tetiana Onyshchuk, and I am honored to be a recipient of a HART Education Scholarship. Your generosity allowed me to follow the call of my heart. It allowed me to study and excel in a field where I discovered my true calling. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your compassion and kindness.
At the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion, my heart ached deeply for our brave soldiers. This pain became the driving force behind my decision to establish a rehabilitation center where we could share the knowledge and experience we have gained with those who courageously defend our nation.
Thanks to the financial support of dedicated people, we opened the Restore Life Center on March 1, 2024. This center has become a beacon of hope and support, especially for soldiers wounded in combat.
Here at Restore Life Center, our team works tirelessly to provide comprehensive physical and psychological rehabilitation to every patient who comes to us. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage services, and psychological counseling, including the guidance of chaplains.

Each patient is welcomed with warmth, kindness, and meaningful conversations over a cup of tea. Beyond addressing health concerns, we strive to assist with personal challenges, ensuring that no one leaves without the support they need.
While we have been fortunate to receive support over the past year, the financial demands of maintaining such a center have become increasingly challenging. These costs include sustaining our dedicated team, renting premises, covering utilities, and, most importantly, offering free rehabilitation services to every soldier who seeks our help.
Despite these challenges, we remain steadfast in our mission. We trust that finances will not stand in the way of the important work we are called to do. I firmly believe that God’s guidance and providence will sustain us in ways beyond what we can imagine.
The gratitude and feedback from our patients inspire us to persevere. We know our work is about more than physical recovery – it’s about restoring souls, saving lives, and helping individuals rediscover themselves despite their injuries. Every team member embodies this mission with a heartfelt dedication, viewing their role as more than a job – it is a calling to serve.
We have big dreams and are actively developing numerous projects to enable our patients to reclaim full lives and embrace themselves wholly, regardless of their traumas.
But we know that our strength lies in unity. Together, we can achieve so much more—our heartfelt thank-you to all HART supporters who share our mission and dream.
